There are few things in daily life as soothing and relaxing since the warm glow of a campfire, and pink salt lamps offer this same ambiance in the home.

Unfortunately, many modern light sources like cellular phones, tablets, computers and TVs emit a lot of blue light and many of us spend lots of time staring at these, especially at nighttime.
Salt lamps, on the other hand, provide a warm orange glow, like the hues present in a campfire or by candlelight. That is why, they are a fantastic source of light for the evening and could even be used as a night light without negatively affecting sleep.
I often wear orange sunglasses at nighttime if I’ll be using the pc or watching a movie to prevent blue light therefore we use mostly salt lamps and other low and orange lights after dark.
Salt lamps will not be a spectacular supply of negative ions. However, due to their hygroscopic properties, they could boost the air in different ways. Besides offering a calming glow, they may attract pollutants from the air and in many cases help neutralize the effects of electronics.
These soothing lamps may also help boost mood and energy levels, specifically individuals with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). My brother in law has struggled with asthma and allergies for most of his life and that he found respite from using a Himalayan salt inhaler. Others notice an improvement from having salt lamps with their homes or offices.
How to find a Good Quality Salt Lamp
It is easy to buy machines that create negative ions, but I’ve discovered that salt lamps certainly are a less expensive alternative and provide other benefits at the same time.
We certainly have salt lamps in many rooms in your home and savor them during winter months when it isn’t possible to offer the windows open or to spend just as much time outside.
